  • Geocon is seeking qualified Construction Materials Testing Technicians to work from our Robertsdale, AL location.

    Minimum Qualifications and Responsibilities:

    1. Be capable of following all safety rules and practices

    2. Maintain assigned equipment

    3. Receive, understand and execute written and verbal directions

    4. Create and maintain accurate and confidential records

    5. Good communication skills including conflict resolution ability

    6. High School Diploma

    7. Valid drivers license (clean MVR)

    8. Lift up to 50 lbs to shoulder height

    9. Walk and move around construction sites with agility

    10. Computer literacy

    11. Good math and science skills

    12. Speak and act professionally

    13. Ability to work ethically, honestly and safely at all times

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. All of the above

    2. Nuclear Safety Certification

    3. ACI Level I Concrete Field Testing

    4. Asphalt Roadway Technician

    5. Asphalt Lab Technician
